After a wait that seemed like an eternity, YouTube has finally offered up the ability for all users to upload 60 frames-per-second footage to its video streaming service. For now, videos using the new format are limited to Google Chrome and a short list of other browsers and apps. To watch the 60FPS video of Dead Or Alive 5 Ultimate at the top of this post, simply select "720p60" on the resolution setting. It's a marked improvement over the previous 30 frames-per-second cap.
